- 1.5 oz honey fig simple syrup
- .5 oz lime juice
- Top with ginger beer
Add ingredients and ice to shaker. Shake and dirty dump into large rocks glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a mint sprig and half a dried fig resting on it.
