The Nic & Norman’s franchise company is a vision that began with the opening of the first Nic & Norman’s in Senoia, GA. Named owners Greg Nicotero and Norman Reedus wanted somewhere to hang out after a long day of filming.  Within weeks Nic & Norman’s was born for Greg and Norman to enjoy with fellow cast/crew members and fans.  After experiencing immediate success it became apparent that we had something special to share beyond one location.  Now after two years of challenges, fun and success we are expanding this opportunity to like-minded franchise partners who embrace our long-term vision and values.

Our positioning is “family affordable”in a comfortable yet polished environment.  Each location’s decor will reflect a balance of historic and contemporary. Norman describes the menu as “sobering comfort food” appealing to families, friends or couples on date night.  The bar features custom infused liquors mixed into specialty cocktails that are unique to the concept. Local craft breweries, local food purveyors and local artists will be tied into each location managed by local ownership. Operational systems, integrations and support are state of the art.  Having a strong presence in the community is important and a key attribute of the brand.

 

The reputation of the brand and reputation of the founding members of Nic & Norman’s is priority one. Each of our concept founders is a master of his craft which sets a high expectation for every decision we make in the restaurant.  Every action of our support team, franchise owners, managers and staff will be guided by integrity, trust and honesty in doing the right thing always. There will be no compromises in upholding the brand standards and reputations of all parties involved.

Our ideal franchise partners are individuals who successfully own and operate full service restaurants. Nic & Norman’s franchisees should have a long standing stake in the markets that they live, work and play. Opening a Nic & Norman’s location in their hometown will give the restaurant a connection to the local market, which is key to the success of our brand. We’re not looking to be another unit number within a restaurant company of franchises, but a stand alone brand that operates through the passion of its owner(s).

 

Our franchisees will share our vision and values for growing the brand. Being selective about  franchise partners that join us will insure integrity and a consistent delivery of our expectations. In turn, this will create a culture of success resulting in brand stewards across the US and into markets around the world.

Franchisee Qualifications

  • Live our Vision and Values

  • $1 MM Net Worth

  • Minimum $500,000 liquid

  • Located in a U.S. major market 

  • Previous or current ownership of a casual dining restaurant

  • Invested experienced operating partner within your organization

  • Willing to submit financial information and CV 

  • Ready to begin development within the next 3-6 months
